A leading fitness tech company is seeking a Partnerships Specialist for the Spanish market. This remote position requires managing partnerships from start to finish, focusing on negotiation and execution of agreements. Ideal candidates will be Spanish speakers with a background in business development and sales. Occasional travel to the company's HQ in Genoa is required.

Competenze

  • Min. 1 year in partnership/business development.
  • Experience in media sales house is considered a plus.
  • Proven sales experience under KPI of new revenue generation.

Your mission

As a Partnerships specialist (Spain), you will have the opportunity to help Buddyfit succeed. You will be in charge of developing new partnerships for the Spanish market with tier companies across multiple verticals. You will have the opportunity to play a challenging role and contribute to the creation of new opportunities.

In this role, you will be in charge of establishing and managing partnerships from start to finish, from initial contact to deal construction, agreement discussions, and execution. You are able to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll be able to rely on a team of highly skilled colleagues from various backgrounds and areas of expertise, where everyone is passionate, and open to help you to reach your goals.

Main activities
  • Develop, negotiate, and execute agreements with partners.
  • Identify and maintain pipelines, track documents, and communicate key updates to leadership
  • Work with cross-functional teams to execute project or assessing feasibility of different proposals
  • Take ownership of the in-bound and out-bound channels for all verticals and tiers
Your profile
  • Spanish as a first language and fluent english
  • Min. 1 year in partnership/business development
  • Experience in media sales house is considered a plus
  • Proven sales experience under KPI of new revenue generation/repetition
  • Experience in the management of projects, and structured way of working
  • Creative mindset and personalized approach to customer (seniority/vertical/tier)
  • Availability to travel to Italy once a quarter or as needed (Genoa, Buddyfit HQ)
