This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Outbound Marketing & HubSpot CRM Manager in Italy.

This role sits at the core of outbound growth and pipeline generation, owning the full lifecycle of prospecting, lead nurturing, and CRM optimization. You will design and operate scalable outbound engines that transform high-quality data into qualified opportunities. Working closely with sales and marketing leadership, you will ensure campaigns are automated, measurable, and continuously improving. The position blends strategy and hands‑on execution, from list building and cold outreach to workflow automation and performance reporting. You will have a direct impact on revenue growth by keeping the funnel healthy, efficient, and conversion‑focused. This is a fully remote role in a fast‑paced, international environment with strong autonomy and visibility.

Accountabilities
  • Own end‑to‑end outbound prospecting workflows, including lead sourcing, enrichment, segmentation, and prioritization.
  • Build, launch, and optimise cold e‑mail campaigns, testing messaging, subject lines, and schedules to improve response and conversion rates.
  • Manage HubSpot CRM to ensure data accuracy, automation efficiency, and seamless lead handoff from marketing to sales.
  • Design and maintain automated workflows for qualification, follow‑ups, and deal creation within the CRM.
  • Monitor outbound performance metrics such as deliverability, open and reply rates, meetings booked, and pipeline value generated.
  • Create dashboards and regular reports to provide clear visibility into funnel health and campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve outbound systems to reduce manual work and increase scalability and consistency.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in outbound marketing, demand generation, or sales operations roles.
  • Proven experience managing full outbound campaign lifecycles from prospecting to CRM‑qualified opportunities.
  • Strong, hands‑on expertise with HubSpot CRM, including workflows, sequences, reporting, and data hygiene.
  • Experience with lead sourcing and enrichment tools such as Apollo, Clay, PhantomBuster, ZoomInfo, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of cold e‑mail platforms, deliverability best practices, and inbox management.
  • Analytical mindset with confidence using spreadsheets, dashboards, and KPIs to drive decisions.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to operate in fast‑growing, remote environments.
  • Bonus points for experience in B2B ecommerce or SaaS, marketing analytics tools, automation platforms, or outbound copywriting.
