A leading Multinational Company is seeking an Organizational Development Manager to lead the Operations department in Milan. This role involves developing organizational structures, managing change initiatives, and ensuring operational effectiveness. Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree in Engineering, along with over 5 years of consulting experience in Operations and Supply Chain. Strong analytical skills and fluency in English are essential for success in this position.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in Consulting or Multinational Companies with knowledge of Operations.
• Background in Target Operating Model and Business Process Reengineering.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Our Client, a leading Multinational Company in the Retail & Wholesale Industry, is currently looking for an :

Organizational Development Manager – Operations

The resource will oversee the development and implementation of the Company’s Operations department enabling a consistent evolution with regards to organizational structures and processes, operational models, improvement, transformation and integration initiatives.

Areas of responsibility :

• Organizational Design : develop new organization design initiatives, roles and responsibilities. Perform gap analysis. Plan organizational evolution identifying the road map and the key milestones
• Organization Development : to-be structures, role design, and recommended sizing and its implementation
• Change Management : act as a change agent supporting the business
• Project Management : manage the implementation of organizational projects at Operations department level
• Governance : plan, design and monitor Global Operations departments governance mechanisms to ensure main decisions / processes are structured

Requirements :

• Master’s Degree in Engineering or related Field
• 5+ years of professional experience in Consulting or Multinational Companies, with knowledge of Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics and / or Organizational transformation projects
• Stakeholders Management and Influencing Skills, Result-orientation, Project Management and Change Management
• Background in Target Operating Model, Business Process Reengineering, Process Mapping and Improvement
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to provide leadership in a large and complex organization
• English fluent, any other language is considered a plus
