Create Your Own Career is seeking an IT On-Site Roaming Support Technician in Italy to provide hands-on hardware, software, and network support across multiple office locations. You will be the first point of contact for onsite technical assistance, diagnose issues, and guide users through fixes while maintaining workstation and LAN performance.

The role requires frequent travel to establish and support new offices, strong problem-solving skills, and meticulous ticket documentation.

Competenze

Minimum of 2 years of experience with RF guns.
Experience configuring networks is preferred.
Familiarity with Azure Active Directory is preferred.
Experience in Windows 11 environment is preferred.

Mansioni

Provide on-site first-line technical support for internal customers.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and LAN issues and maintain workstation performance.
Research and answer questions, guide customers through fixes, and document interactions.
Handle requests via phone, email, chat, and on-site support.
Capture interactions accurately and close tickets promptly; escalate when needed.
Manage onsite tickets within service levels and communicate resolutions.
