Teceze in Lazio, Italy is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide frontline technical assistance and resolve end-user issues across hardware, software, and networks. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, incident creation in the service desk, and delivering solutions with a focus on user satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in IT support, solid knowledge of Windows, basic networking, and strong communication skills to work both onsite and remotely as needed.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / Technical Support.
• Good knowledge of Windows, hardware, software, and basic networking.
• Experience troubleshooting LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, laptops, desktops, and peripherals.

Mansioni

• Provide L1/L2 IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, network, and connectivity issues.
• Perform hardware replacement, cabling, and basic device configuration.
• Support Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and common business applications.
• Create, update, and resolve incidents through the IT service desk/ticketing system.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
• Maintain IT asset and support documentation.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support as required.
