A leading technology company located in Turbigo, Italy, is hiring a Desktop Systems Technician to provide support for client computers and peripherals. This senior role requires expertise in Windows operating systems, alongside strong communication and customer service skills. The candidate must have at least one year of experience in a similar role and will engage in troubleshooting, installations, and solving complex issues in a collaborative environment.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1 year experience with Windows 7, MS Office 2007/10/13, and Antivirus.
• Experience as a Desktop Systems Technician for a minimum of 1 year.

Mansioni

• Provide level 2 and 3 support of IT applications, products, and services.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of client computers and peripherals.
• Research and analysis of complex problems with hardware and software.

Degree from higher-education institution or two years relevant experience
