Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to ensure on-site IT infrastructure and user devices run smoothly across multiple logistics facilities.

You will support end-user equipment, participate in network projects, and help implement processes that optimize IT operations. You will train and mentor IT technicians while traveling to operational sites within Italy and internationally as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• Experience troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.
• Experience in IT client, server, and network service delivery.
• Experience with networking technology (TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS and DHCP).
• Experience supporting Windows, Mac and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
• Valid EU driver's license.
• Advanced proficiency in Italian (C1 level) and English (B2 level), verbally and in writing.
