Intuition It – Intuitive Technology Recruitment is seeking an experienced Onsite Support Services Engineer to provide hands-on IT support to end users at the Carrier site in Legnago, Italy. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years IT support experience, with Service Desk, End User Services, Field Services and Onsite IT Support, plus native Italian and fluent English.

This is a fully onsite, 12-month contract with 40 hours per week.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of IT support experience.
• Experience in Service Desk, End User Services, Field Services and Onsite IT Support.
• Strong communication skills in English and native Italian.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and workplace tech onsite.

Mansioni

• Provide onsite IT support to end users at the Carrier facility.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
• Deliver Service Desk and End User Computing support.
• Perform desktop/laptop installation, configuration, maintenance and support.
• Support printers, monitors, mobile devices, peripherals and other IT equipment.
• Handle field service requests and provide hands-on technical assistance.
• Log, update and resolve incidents in the ITSM system.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant technical teams.
• Assist user onboarding and device provisioning.
• Maintain documentation of incidents and assets.
• Follow security policies and SLAs.
• Provide timely support in office and shopfloor environments.
