Richemont seeks a Field Services & Support Proximity Lead for Italy to drive on-site and remote IT service across Retail and Corporate. You will report to the IT Support Manager Italia and coordinate a ~10-person team, setting objectives, organizing shifts, and guiding budget planning.

Role requires ITIL proficiency, ServiceNow usage, and strong stakeholder management across an international landscape; familiarity with Workspace ONE/Intune and AD tooling is a plus.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading Field Services or IT service delivery teams.
• Experience coordinating across retail and corporate environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL, incident/change/problem/asset management.

Mansioni

• Lead and coach a small team across geographic area; set objectives and appraisals.
• Organize shifts to ensure required coverage and liaise with Local HR.
• Contribute to budget inputs and hardware/maintenance planning; suggest budget changes.
• Define and execute project/activities roadmap; allocate resources with the Project Manager.
• Monitor delivery and support; report KPIs and ensure operational excellence.
• Promote Group IT standards and best practices; align with FSS and ITIL processes.
• Ensure incident, change, and asset management practices via Service Management tools.
• Collaborate with regional peers, Group IT Support, and business stakeholders in an international environment.
