The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in IT support, knowledge of SCCM and ITIL practices, and proficiency in both English and Italian. This is a freelance/B2B contract with a duration of 1 year, extendable based on performance. The role involves troubleshooting, managing devices, and delivering VIP support during critical situations.

Competenze

• More than 3 years of experience as IT Support.
• Familiarity with Windows OS environments and mobile device support.
• Experience with Active Directory tasks and basic user account management.
