We are looking for an O&M Technician to join our M Renewables team in Italy, part of our subsidiary METKA EGN. The role is focused on day-to-day technical activities to ensure proper operation, maintenance, and reliability of our solar PV plants.

Your role will encompass:

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and support corrective maintenance activities on solar PV plants.
• Assist in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, escalating complex faults when needed.
• Monitor basic plant performance indicators and ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including maintenance logs and technical reports; support the update of server files and backups.
• Support spare parts handling and assist external contractors during onsite interventions.
• Use and update the CMMS and other internal tools according to company procedures.
• Work remotely as required and travel regularly to various solar plant locations.

What you bring to the role:

• 1–2 years of experience in maintenance or troubleshooting of solar PV plants or relevant electrical/industrial experience.
• Basic understanding of PV systems, including string inverters, trackers, MV/LV equipment, and monitoring systems.
• Hands‑on experience in general electrical works.
• Technical Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• Knowledge of Italian HSE legislation and willingness to follow company safety procedures.
• Fluent Italian and basic English.
• Valid driver’s license and availability to travel.
