NOW - Acquisition Commercial Specialist

Sky Italia is looking for an Acquisition Commercial Specialist to lead the customer acquisition strategy for NOW, our on-demand streaming platform. If you have an analytical mindset, a strategic vision, and a passion for data, this is the opportunity for you. The role will be responsible for developing strategic, data-driven analyses to support commercial decision-making and contribute to the definition of the acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze demand and consolidate sales forecasts
  • Develop and execute strategic and seasonal acquisition plans
  • Define pricing and go-to-market (GTM) strategies to maximize customer acquisition while ensuring financial sustainability
  • Monitor sales performance and propose corrective actions
  • Support the achievement of financial targets (NG, Revenues, EBITDA)
  • Translate customer insights and KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, reason to buy) into actionable commercial strategies
  • Develop models to assess and analyze the effectiveness of business strateg(es).
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar roles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Ta
  • Strategic vision and strong business orientation
  • Analytical and data-driven approach, with a focus on Big Data
  • Digital mindset and deep understanding of the current and future entertainment landscape
