Viva.com is looking for a seasoned Client Relationship Leader to head the Client Relationship Representatives team in a fast-paced fintech environment. The role focuses on developing strategies to hit targets, ensuring top-tier customer service, and guiding the team through performance reviews and training.

You will foster a collaborative, AI-friendly culture while coordinating with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience and business growth across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development experience in financial services.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Resilience and ability to handle objections.
• AI mindset and openness to AI-powered tools.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the Client Relationship Representatives team
