Job summary

Viva.com in Verona, Italy, seeks an experienced Direct Team Leader to oversee and guide our Client Relationship Representatives (Field Based). The ideal candidate will have 5+ years promoting company services and leading teams in fast-paced environments, preferably within financial services.

You will drive client engagement, mentor staff, and foster a collaborative, AI-minded culture while ensuring top-tier service across European markets. English and Italian fluency are required.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Direct Team Leader to oversee and lead our Client Relationship Representatives (Field Based). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience of promoting company services and of leading teams within a fast-paced environment, preferably within a financial services institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the Client Relationship Representatives team
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve team targets and goals
• Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and training as necessary
• Handle escalated client issues and objections with resiliency and professionalism
• Maintain an organized schedule and diary management
• Interest in AI-powered tools and openness to promote working in AI-enhanced environments
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development within a fast-paced environment, preferably a financial services institution
• Understanding of financial products/services features and advantages
• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Resiliency and the ability to handle objections effectively
• Computer literacy and an AI tech mindset
• Leadership and team management experience
• Proven track record in business development and business services promotional activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Italian
