Job summary

Viva.com is seeking an experienced Direct Team Leader to oversee and lead our Client Relationship Representatives (In-House / Field Based). The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in business development within a fast-paced financial services setting and a proven ability to promote company services.

You will develop strategies to hit team targets, ensure outstanding service, manage performance, and handle escalations with resiliency. Fluent in English and Italian; AI-enabled fintech environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business development in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and team management experience.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Experience working with CRM systems and client relations.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate the Client Relationship Representatives team
Develop and implement strategies to achieve team targets and goals
Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and training as necessary
Handle escalated client issues and objections with resiliency and professionalism
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
