Viva.com is seeking an experienced Direct Team Leader to oversee and lead our Client Relationship Representatives (In-House / Field Based). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in promoting company services and leading teams within a fast-paced environment, preferably within a financial services institution.

• 5+ years of experience in business development within a fast-paced environment, preferably financial services

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the Client Relationship Representatives team
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve team targets and goals
• Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and training as necessary
• Handle escalated client issues and objections with resiliency and professionalism
• Maintain an organized schedule and diary management
• Interest in AI-powered tools and openness to promote working in AI-enhanced environments
