Viva.com seeks an experienced Direct Team Leader to oversee and guide our Client Relationship Representatives (Field Based). The role requires 5+ years of business development experience and proven leadership in a fast-paced financial services setting.

You will drive strategies to hit team targets, ensure top-tier customer service, and manage performance with coaching. The position emphasizes an AI-focused, collaborative, dynamic fintech environment and requires fluency in English and Italian.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development within a fast-paced environment, preferably in financial services.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Italian required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the Client Relationship Representatives team.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve team targets and goals.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and training as necessary.
• Handle escalated client issues and objections with resiliency and professionalism.
• Maintain an organized schedule and diary management.
