Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Direct Team Leader to oversee and lead our Client Relationship Representatives (In-House / Field Based). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience of promoting company services and of leading teams within a fast-paced environment, preferably within a financial services institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the Client Relationship Representatives team.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve team targets and goals.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and training as necessary.
• Handle escalated client issues and objections with resiliency and professionalism.
• Maintain an organized schedule and diary management.
• Interest in AI-powered tools and openness to promote working in AI-enhanced environments
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

• 5+ years of experience in business development within a fast-paced environment, preferably a financial services institution.
• Understanding of financial products/services features and advantages.
• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Resiliency and the ability to handle objections effectively.
• Computer literacy and an AI tech mindset.

• Leadership and team management experience.
• Proven track record in business development and business services promotional activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
