A leading hotel group in Rome is seeking a Night Manager for Six Senses Rome. The role involves leading the Front Office, ensuring exceptional guest service, and complying with operational standards. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and has at least 2 years of experience in front office or guest services, including supervisory roles. Night Manager – Six Senses Rome

Join the IHG Hotels & Resorts team as Night Manager at Six Senses Rome. As Night Manager, your vision will align with Six Senses’ commitment to wellness, sustainability, and extraordinary guest experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Front Office to deliver exceptional service within brand standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all hotel facilities, rates, and packages.
  • Process advanced deposits, track future room availability, and determine rates.
  • Oversee guest history and profile system in partnership with Reservations Manager.
  • Collaborate with Guest Services, Reservations, Housekeeping, and F&B to meet guest needs and ensure smooth guest arrivals.
  • Ensure all policies, procedures, and best practices are enforced.
  • Instill cost-focused philosophy through training and education.
  • Operate the property in compliance with all legal, statutory, and financial requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field plus ≥2 years front office/guest services experience, including supervisory experience; ≥3 years in similar hotel operational role preferred.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages a plus.
  • Eligible to work in Italy.
  • Strictly adhere to LQA Standards.
