Descrizione del lavoro

We are looking for a highly efficient and detail-oriented Night Auditor (M / F) to join our team on a part-time basis for weekend shifts at our hotel in Como Grandate Italy. As a Night Auditor you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and providing exceptional service to guests during night hours.

• Perform end‑of‑day accounting procedures including balancing all hotel accounts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Process guest check‑ins and check‑outs during night hours.
• Generate and distribute various financial reports.
• Manage guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure the safety of the hotel and guests during night shifts.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve any issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Qualifications

• Preferibile un’esperienza precedente nella audit o nella contabilità di un albergo.
• Competenza nel software di contabilità e nei sistemi di gestione alberghiera.
• Forte conoscenza della suite Microsoft Office in particolare di Excel.
• Eccellente attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente.
• Eccezionali capacità di servizio al cliente e atteggiamento professionale.
• Capacità di lavorare nei turni notturni del fine settimana a Como, Italia.
• Conoscenza fluente d’inglese; la conoscenza dell’italiano è un plus.
• Richiesto diploma di scuola superiore o equivalente; preferibile laurea in ospitalità o contabilità.
• Capacità di multitasking e di mantenere la calma sotto pressione.
• Conoscenza di base delle operazioni alberghiere e dell’industria dell’ospitalità.
