A leading IT recruitment consultancy is seeking a Sales Leader to drive organisational growth in Malta. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in sales or business development, a resilient mindset, and a passion for leadership. This hands-on role involves closing deals, shaping business strategy, and influencing the growth of the company. Offering a competitive salary plus commission, this role provides autonomy and the chance to lead a high-performing team.

You will
  • Act as a player-coach – closing deals while leading and eventually managing a team
  • Take full ownership of your function and have a real voice in strategic decisions
  • Win new business and expand Archer’s client base across Malta
  • Shape and improve the business development and sales functions

What We’re Looking For
  • 5-7 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (Account Executive, Business Development Consultant, Specialist Business Development, Senior Business Developer, Team Lead…)
  • A resilient, driven mindset – someone who actively pursues ambitious goals
  • A genuine desire to lead a team and contribute to long-term success
  • Eu Passport or Citizenship with the ability to live and work in Malta
