Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and have at least 5 years of experience in project management, along with excellent communication skills. The position requires flexibility for travel.

Position

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of EPC projects in the Energy sector
  • Ensure compliance with all project safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage project scope, timeline, and budget, and mitigate risks effectively
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors
  • Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports, and implement corrective actions as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering or a related field
  • Experience of at least 5 years in managing complex projects
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
  • Understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction processes
  • Experience in risk analysis and mitigation, contract negotiation, control of project costs or vendor management will be a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English. Other languages are a plus.
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, set priorities, and drive project teams to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder updates, client interactions, and team coordination
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to solving issues as they arise in a project environment
  • No preclusion to trip’s time, duration and destination
