About the Business

Our Destination Management services form the core of our business. Together with our destination experts, our sales and account management teams generate business by partnering with our customers (Tour Operators, Travel Agencies) to shape exciting itineraries suited to their traveler’s needs. We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24/7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry free.

About the Role

We are currently looking for a MYBUS Coordinator, who will work in our Rome office.

Key Activities
  • Create/amend bookings
  • Arrange guide, coach, car, entrance ticket, restaurant, train, etc.
  • Operation of the tours including emergency phone duty
  • Japanese language customer service desk
  • Register and maintain product information on dedicated systems
  • Create and update sales materials (website, social media etc)
  • Issue Invoice
Role requirements
  • Can communicate well with team and customers
  • Can plan own tasks
  • Accurate in input and output
  • Polite and kind manner of communication with customers
  • Challenge new skills
Skills & Qualifications
  • Customer service experience
  • Native level Japanese language in oral and written communication skills are necessary
  • Good Italian and English oral and written communication skills are necessary
  • Destination knowledge (Italy) is preferred
  • Moderate computer literature – experience in working with Microsoft packages is desirable
  • Experience or interests in shooting & editing picture videos, posting them on SNS is preferred
