Job summary

ABB Motion Services seeks a Service Sales Manager to drive service sales across Liguria, Emilia, and Marche. You will promote the Drives service portfolio, manage the installed base, and build long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in industrial or automation environments.
• Willingness to travel across Liguria, Emilia and Marche regions.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Structured sales methodology, pipeline and forecast management.
• Technical background required.
• Knowledge of Drives and industrial automation.
• Experience in service sales is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Drive service sales processes and generate new opportunities.
• Secure profitable growth within the Motion Service division.
• Penetrate Installed Base and promote full Drives service portfolio.
• Develop and manage relationships with End User customers.
• Prepare and execute sales plans and recovery actions when needed.
• Support pricing definitions and channel strategies.
• Represent ABB’s Service portfolio in marketing events and meetings.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and issues.
