Job summary
ABB Motion Services is seeking a Service Sales professional to drive service sales, generate opportunities, and secure profitable growth across the Liguria, Emilia, and Marche regions. You will promote ABB's Drives service portfolio, build durable customer relationships, and coordinate plans with cross-functional teams.
The role requires a technical background in drives/automation, strong English and Italian, and a willingness to travel.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in industrial environments or automation.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Liguria, Emilia and Marche regions.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to build long-term partnerships.
- Experience in service sales (contracts, maintenance, spare parts) is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive service sales processes and generate new opportunities.
- Penetrate Installed Base and promote ABB's service portfolio.
- Build long-term relationships with End User customers.
- Prepare and execute sales plans, including recovery actions.
- Apply channel strategies and support pricing definitions.
- Act as promoter of ABB's Service portfolio at events and meetings.
