ABB Motion Services is seeking a results-oriented Service Sales professional to drive service sales for Drives and related portfolios across Liguria, Emilia and Marche. You will generate opportunities, expand the installed base, and support pricing strategies while nurturing long-term end-user relationships.

The role requires deep knowledge of drives and industrial automation, plus fluency in English and Italian. Hybrid working and travel are integral to success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial environments or automation.
• Availability for frequent business travel, including training and customer visits across Liguria, Emilia and Marche regions.
• Strong ability to establish long-term customer relationships and partnerships.
• Structured sales methodologies: pipeline, forecasts, and target achievement.
• Fluent English and Italian communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Penetrate the Installed Base by promoting upgrades, retrofits, and value-added solutions.
• Generate service sales leads and develop new opportunities through market analysis and customer engagement.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with End User customers.
• Prepare, review, and execute sales plans; apply channel strategies and support pricing.
• Promote ABB’s Service portfolio during campaigns, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
