A leading campervan rental company in Milan is seeking a passionate Station Manager to oversee the establishment and daily operations of the location. The role includes driving process optimization, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring excellent customer service. Candidates should have relevant training and 1-2 years of experience in car rental or tourism. Excellent English fluency and a friendly demeanor are essential. CONTRACT : As the station will open in 2026 the start date will be March / April 2026
Your roadsurfer Station - Location Management : You take on the independent leadership and establishment of the location closely collaborating with central departments to oversee day-to-day operations on-site
Process Optimization : You successfully implement existing standards and processes while contributing your own ideas (coordinating vehicle returns handovers and vehicle preparation)
Collaboration with roadsurfer Stations : You maintain constant communication with all international teams to ensure ongoing improvements
Team Leadership : As a Team Leader you motivate and lead your on-site team. This includes onboarding effective task planning and quality control
Recruitment : You have control over building your team and seek the right talent for your location
Fleet Management : You always have an overview of the local vehicle fleet for rental and sales : documentation maintenance cleanliness and coordination with local service partners
Customer Consultation : You advise customers on our products myroadsurfer abo spots and rent and send them out as happy roadsurfers on the roads of Europe
Successfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification
At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferably in areas such as car rental tourism or similar - career changers are welcome
Experience in leading employees or teams is advantageous
High service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanor
You are a hands-on and effective communicator
You speak excellent english on top you also speak the language for the country you applied for fluently
Drivers license Class B
