The role - your passion

• Your roadsurfer Station - Location Management: You take on the independent leadership and establishment of the location, collaborating with central departments to oversee day‑to‑day operations on‑site.
• Process Optimization: You successfully implement existing standards and processes while contributing your own ideas (coordinating vehicle returns, handovers, and vehicle preparation).
• Collaboration with roadsurfer Stations: You maintain constant communication with all international teams to ensure ongoing improvements.
• Team Leadership: As a Team Leader, you motivate and lead your on‑site team, including onboarding, task planning, and quality control.
• Recruitment: You build your team and seek the right talent for your location.
• Fleet Management: You oversee the local vehicle fleet for rental and sales—documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners.
• Customer Consultation: You advise customers on our products—myroadsurfer, abo, spots, and rent—and send them out as happy roadsurfers on the roads of Europe.

What You Need To Surf The Wave With Us

• Successfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in car rental, tourism, or similar—career changers are welcome.
• Experience in leading employees or teams is advantageous.
• High service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanor.
• Hands‑on and effective communication skills.
• Resilient problem solving and strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent English proficiency; fluency in the local language is also required.
• Driver’s license Class B.
