Manitowoc, an international leader in providing premium lifting solutions with Potain and Grove brands, is looking for a Quality Manager to be based at the Italian plant in Niella Tanaro (CN).

Main Responsibilities in this Role

1. Adapt and implement the Manitowoc quality organization standards.
2. Develop and implement systematic and effective process reviews to investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring mutually beneficial and collaborative actions to improve product quality.
3. Develop short- and long-term plans to enhance the effectiveness of systems and processes, ensuring compliance with customer expectations and internal quality standards, and resolving systematic and incidental quality issues.
4. Plan, develop, and implement the MCG Supplier Quality Assurance systems to ensure effective qualification and development of our supplier base, maintaining and improving quality standards and reducing risks.
5. Be fully accountable for the product quality coming out of the plant.
