Un leader nell'industria della progettazione di macchine cerca un ingegnere progettista a Udine. La risorsa si occuperà della progettazione di macchine per impianti siderurgici, garantendo innovazione e conformità ai contratti. È richiesta una laurea in ingegneria e almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel settore. La posizione offre opportunità di crescita in un ambiente dinamico.

Competenze

• Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella progettazione di impianti siderurgici e progettazione di attrezzature.
• Buona conoscenza dell'inglese.
• Familiarità con ambienti di progettazione multidisciplinari (Idraulico, Civile ed Elettrico/Automazione).

Mansioni

• Seguire le attività di progettazione assegnate per garantire il rispetto degli obiettivi.
• Monitorare le prestazioni delle macchine in funzione.
• Coordinamento efficace con il Project Manager e i vari uffici.

Responsabilità

Operates in the technical area, in the field of machines design. Designs the machines assigned according to the contract and the last Company standard in respect of time, cost and quality. Is responsible for the standardization and innovation of the assigned machines.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Follow the assigned design activities, ensuring the achievement of the following objectives:
• Innovation and continuous technical improvement.
• Correct sizing of the machines.
• Compliance with contractual performance.
• Containment of the number of Non-Conformities.
• Optimization of engineering costs and times.
• Ensure the competitiveness of the machines through:
• Rationalization of design, detail quality, consumption, durability, and maintainability of the machines.
• Monitoring the performance of the machines in operation.
• Support to the relevant department in drafting the technical specifications to be provided to the Purchasing Office.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through:
• Adequate support to the technical-commercial office in technical discussions with the customer.
• Effective coordination with the technology office to define the feasibility process and execution methods of machines and plants.
• Effective coordination with the Project Manager in team-up with Production, Purchasing Office, Logistics, and Commissioning to respect the project Time Schedule.

Requisiti tecnici

• Engineering/technical degree or high school diploma (mechanical or aeronautical);
• Good knowledge of English;
• At least 3 years of experience in steel plant design, equipment design, and project development.
• Mechanical design.
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary design environments (Hydraulic, Civil, and Electrical/Automation).
• Excellent knowledge of 3D modeling software.
• Basic knowledge of finite element analysis software
