Are you a dynamic marketing leader ready to shape the future of a high-performing regional business? We’re conducting a confidential search for a Director of Marketing to lead the MEA region for a global industrial solutions company.

This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting directly to the regional VP, where you’ll drive marketing strategy, lead a talented team, and deliver impactful campaigns across a diverse product portfolio. You’ll work cross-functionally to align marketing with business growth objectives and elevate brand presence across the region.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communication strategies across MEA.
  • Drive successful product launches and go-to-market initiatives tailored to regional needs.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and R&D teams to align marketing with commercial goals.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team across multiple countries.
  • Develop external communications for key stakeholders, including customers, media, and institutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Champion digital marketing infrastructure and innovation.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and thought leadership across all channels.
What You Bring

  • Proven success in leading product launches and cross-functional initiatives.
