Role Overview

We are looking for anGerman-speaking Marketing Customer Support Agent to support advertisers on a digital advertising platform. This role focuses on paid campaign support, digital marketing assistance, and advertiser experience, requiring strong marketing knowledge and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support advertisers with paid campaign setup, optimization, and troubleshooting
  • Provide guidance on campaign performance and platform tools
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to marketing clients
  • Assist clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems
Schedule
  • Initial schedule (12-hour window):
    • Monday to Sunday: 07:00 – 19:00
    • Shifts: 07:00 – 16:00 or 10:00 – 19:00
    • 2 rotational days off
Requirements
  • Fluent German and English
  • Experience in paid campaign management (mandatory)
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing
  • Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program for an Advertising Technology company
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising fundamentals
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
