Job Description

• Implementation of the marketing plan and artistic direction defined by headquarters.
• Coordination of photo and video productions (professional shoots).
• Community management: creating daily stories, reels, feed + responding to comments/messages + preparation of monthly KPIs reports.
• Content creation: photos/videos and editing.
• Organizing press and influencer stays.
• Responding to online reviews (Google and TripAdvisor).
• Designing certain marketing materials for the hotel and point of sales (flyers, brochures, special menus, internal newsletters, etc.).
• Updating the Airelles app and in-room TV content.
• Conducting competitive monitoring of other 5-star hotels, restaurants, and new concepts in Venice and the surrounding areas.

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Hospitality Management.
• 2–3 years of previous experience in marketing, preferably within luxury hotels or premium brands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Italian and other languages is a plus).
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
• Creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and sensitivity to luxury standards and brand aesthetics.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
