Deutsche Bank is seeking an Analyst to join the Corporate Advisory team in Milan, which is responsible for M&A activities for mid market in Italy.

Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible :

  • for the day-to-day support of transaction execution and pitching efforts;
  • for drafting of presentations, information memorandum and other marketing materials;
  • for running financial models (DCF, LBO) and other valuation data set (trading & acquisition comps);
  • for market analysis and ad-hoc reports;
  • for executing smoothly and autonomously all relevant duties related to a due diligence process.
Qualifications
  • master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration from a Business or Engineer School;
  • fluency in English;
  • at least 6 months of work experience within an corporate finance environment;
  • strong analytical and quantitative skills;
  • experience with financial statements analysis and financial modelling;
  • ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines;
  • good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Bloomberg and FactSet;
  • natural curiosity and self-motivation;
  • high standards of professional and ethical conduct.
