A leading mobility operator is seeking a motivated M&A Analyst to support strategic growth objectives across various countries. This flexible role involves assisting in M&A processes, preparing financial models, and managing projects. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical skills. Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in another European language highly regarded. This position allows for work from various locations across operating countries.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled M&A Analyst to join our Central M&A Team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in supporting the Group's strategic growth objectives across all operating countries.
This is a highly flexible role. We welcome applications from candidates who can be based in any of our current operating countries.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced qualifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) a plus but not required.
Minimum of 2 years finance related project experience business analysis, project management, or a related field.
Ability to prepare reliable analysis with limited underlying information.
Ability to work under limited supervision.
Global mindset and a willingness to learn and pool resources.
Emphasis on team building and prepared to challenge.
Report writing with clarity and accuracy.
Strong analytical skills.
Fluent English language skills. Proficiency in another European language is a plus.
Willingness to travel and to spend time away from home
