Auberge Collection is seeking a Chef de Rang at its Florence property to deliver refined service and memorable dining experiences. You will take orders, anticipate guest needs, and ensure timely, accurate delivery while building genuine connections with guests.

The role requires a luxury hospitality background, strong knowledge of food and wine, and fluent English. Weekend and holiday availability are required in a fast-paced team setting.

Competenze

• Minimum of two years of experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry.
• Prior experience in a luxury hospitality property is highly recommended.
• Good knowledge of food and wine, with the ability to provide thoughtful recommendations to guests.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an asset.

• Facilitate the guest dining experience by taking orders, anticipating needs, and delivering items accurately and promptly.
