Job summary

Auberge Collection Florence is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to lead daily service, support the team, and ensure every guest interaction mirrors our commitment to exceptional hospitality. You will oversee guest experiences, anticipate needs, and coordinate operations across outlets in a luxury setting.

The role requires 2-3 years in luxury hotel F&B, fluency in English, and a passion for personalised service.

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years in a similar F&B supervisory role in luxury hospitality.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and guest experience in luxury settings.
Ability to coordinate daily operations and motivate teams.
Passion for hospitality and delivering personalised service.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
