• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to presentation, accuracy, and service quality.
• A warm, professional, and courteous demeanour, with the ability to interact with guests discreetly and confidently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, according to the needs of the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and delivery of food and beverage orders to guest rooms, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and presentation according to property standards.
• Set up trays and trolleys with food, beverages, tableware, and service amenities, paying close attention to every detail.
• Ensure orders are complete and presented according to established standards before delivery.
