Job summary

Auberge Collection is seeking a Chef de Rang at its Florence property to deliver refined, attentive service and ensure every guest feels valued throughout their dining experience.

You will take orders, upsell menu items, input accurately into the POS system, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth service while upholding high hygiene standards. This is a seasonal, full-time role under CCNL Federturismo.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in the foodservice or hospitality.
• Prior experience in a luxury hospitality property.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
• Availability for weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate guest dining by taking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
• Build genuine connections with guests for personalized service.
• Suggest menu items to enhance the dining experience.
• Demonstrate knowledge of food and wine with informed recommendations.
• Input orders into POS accurately and manage billing.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety standards.
