Prada Milano seeks a Sales Associate to guarantee an extraordinary luxury client experience, placing clients at the center and guiding them into the Prada universe while embodying the brand philosophy and values.

You will pursue personal sales targets, demonstrate deep product knowledge, and collaborate with a team to deliver a seamless, high-end shopping journey both in-store and online, while supporting omnichannel initiatives and ensuring impeccable service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Client Advisor or Sales Assistant role in luxury fashion.
• Strong customer orientation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for fashion and luxury with knowledge of the Prada brand heritage.
• Results-oriented, proactive and flexible and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion and professional growth.

Responsabilités

• Place the Customer at the center and deliver excellent service according to the client journey ceremony.
• Aim to exceed individual sales targets and maximize personal performance.
• Exceed KPI goals and maintain highest quality of sales and customer service.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of products and Prada history, culture and DNA.
• Capture customer data in the CRM and build long-term relationships.
• Host and conduct appointments in person or virtually.
• Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset.
• Maintain knowledge of luxury fashion trends and competitors to advise clients.
• Resolve client complaints liaising with management and client service.
• Operate with care and respect for products and use digital tools to enhance the luxury experience.
• Work with Back of House and keep stock room organized.
• Follow Company procedures on stock, security, and reporting to head office.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and inclusive workplace.
