Aufgaben

• Welcome and serve customers, delivering an excellent in-store experience.
• Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
• Cross-sell with departments to maximize sales and KPI achievement.
• Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints by liaising with the Store Manager.
• Maintain high shop floor visual standards and stock procedures.
• Protect stock and be attentive to prevent thefts.
• Ensure product flow, stock counts and markdowns follow guidelines.
• Coordinate DG/Returns and shop-to-shop transfers, including e-commerce deliveries where applicable.
