Prada Group is seeking a brand ambassador to enhance customer experience and loyalty in a luxury store in Milano. The role combines sales excellence with stock control, ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines and procedures.

The position requires fluency in English, a strong affinity for luxury goods, and the ability to manage relationships with clients while maintaining impeccable stock accuracy. You will work to minimize stock losses and optimize product flow within SAP systems.

Competenze

Fluent English is required.
Other languages are desirable.
High affinity for luxury products is expected.
Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
Ability to work both in a team and independently.
Organized, detail-oriented and proactive.

Mansioni

Welcome and serve customers, delivering an excellent in-store experience.
Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
Cross-sell with departments to maximize sales and KPI achievement.
Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors.
Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
Handle customer complaints by liaising with the Store Manager.
Maintain high shop floor visual standards and stock procedures.
Protect stock and be attentive to prevent thefts.
Ensure product flow, stock counts and markdowns follow guidelines.
Coordinate DG/Returns and shop-to-shop transfers, including e-commerce deliveries where applicable.
