Prada Group in Italy seeks a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional experiences and convert customers into brand advocates through personalized consultations and expert product knowledge.

You will drive sales, stay updated on beauty trends, support daily store operations, and build long-lasting relationships while upholding diversity and inclusion and collaborating with a cosmopolitan team.

Competenze

• Experience in beauty retail is required.
• Deep knowledge of beauty and fragrance categories.
• Ability to understand and anticipate client needs.
• Solid makeup techniques and professional beauty knowledge.
• Make-up artist certification is a plus; able to work independently or in a team.
• Fluent English; other languages desirable.
