Prada Group in Lombardy seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an extraordinary luxury customer experience, placing clients at the center and guiding them through the brand world. You will promote brand philosophy, build relationships, and meet individual and store sales targets.

You will master product knowledge, stay informed on fashion trends, and leverage CRM tools for personalized service across in-store and e-commerce channels.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a Client Advisor, Sales Assistant or similar role in luxury fashion.
• Strong customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills to build long-term client relationships.
• Passion for fashion and luxury with ability to communicate product knowledge.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with a collaborative team mindset.

• Place the Customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and meeting needs with excellent service.
• Exceed individual sales targets and maximize personal sales performance.
• Exceed KPI goals, ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of products and brand history.
• Capture Customer data into the CRM to personalize relationships.
• Follow up with Clients using CRM to strengthen long-term relationships.
• Host and conduct appointments in person or virtually.
• Embrace and promote the omnichannel mindset.
• Build knowledge of luxury fashion trends to discuss with clients.
• Take ownership of resolving Client complaints liaising with the line manager and Client Service team.
• Operate with care for the products and use digital tools to offer a luxury experience.
• Work with Back of House and stock room, follow procedures and policies.
• Be a team player and promote diversity and inclusion.
