Prada Group in Italy is seeking an Outlet Client Advisor to deliver a world-class luxury customer experience both in-store and on our ecommerce channel. You will act as a Brand Ambassador, uncover client needs and foster lasting relationships, targeting sales goals with excellence.

Fluency in English and a passion for luxury retail are essential, with a mindset for teamwork and a proactive, client-centric attitude within a creative, international environment in Toscana.

Competenze

• Passion for luxury retail and client relationship building.
• Problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and enthusiasm for fashion.
• Previous experience in premium or luxury retail is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Fluent spoken English is expected.

• Be driven to exceed KPI goals, ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
• Demonstrate an excellence knowledge of the products and Prada/Miu Miu history, culture and DNA.
• Capture Clients data into the Company CRM.
• Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset.
• Take ownership of resolving Clients complaints liaising with the line manager and Client Service team.
• Operate with the highest level of care and respect for the Products.
• Utilize Company digital tools to offer a complete luxury experience.
• Work in synergy with the Back of House in daily store operations.
