Richemont is seeking a distinguished Client Advisor for our Boutique at The Mall in Leccio. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional service, and manage payments while maintaining flawless inventory records. A strong local network and fluency in Italian and English are essential to success in this luxury market.

You will leverage CRM tools to tailor each client interaction and uphold Richemont’s standards of luxury and sophistication in a high-end shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury retail and high-end market requirements.
• Italian and English fluency; Spanish or Portuguese desirable.
• Strong knowledge of the Florence area and local client preferences.
• Established local client network within the Florence luxury scene.
• Proven track record of achieving results and exceeding expectations.
• Affinity for digital technologies and CRM applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by contributing to daily sales process and meeting boutique goals.
• Provide expert advice on product selection and upsell complementary items.
• Manage cash and card transactions with accuracy and procedures.
• Oversee receipt and recording of inventory deliveries with meticulous records.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with local clients in the luxury market.
• Utilize CRM tools to enhance client engagement and personalize the shopping experience.
