Richemont is seeking an Ambassador for its Milano/Lombardia boutique to deliver an unparalleled client experience before, during, and after a sale. You will master the selling steps, build lasting client relationships, and participate in daily boutique operations within a luxury environment.

The role requires hospitality or luxury retail experience, superb interpersonal skills, and fluency in English and Italian. A client-centric, team-oriented approach is essential.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality or luxury retail with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and understanding of customer needs.
• Team player with fluency in English and Italian.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional client experience during a sale.
• Master the sale steps: welcome, discover, understand, convince, close and develop.
• Develop the client portfolio through targeted CRM actions.
• Participate in boutique inventories and opening/closing procedures.
• Act as ambassador of the Maison at client events and after-sales.
• Meet boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative.
