Moncler S.P.A. in Roma (Piazza di Spagna) is seeking a Full-Time Client Advisor to embody the brand and deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences with a refined service style.

You will greet and engage luxury clients, understand their needs, and guide them through Moncler's heritage, collections, and seasonal stories to build lasting relationships. As part of the boutique team, you will strive to achieve and exceed individual sales targets, support inventory and stock replenishment,

Competenze

• 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion or retail.
• International mindset and ability to work with a diverse client base.
• Strong client orientation and commercially driven mindset.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury market and product sensitivity.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English; other languages a plus.

Mansioni

• Deliver personalized client experiences and build long-lasting relationships through clienteling and after-sales activities.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Support implementation and maintenance of visual merchandising standards, stock replenishment, and collaboration with VM team.
• Contribute to inventory preparation and execution.
• Collaborate with colleagues with positive energy and team spirit.
