Job summary

Montblanc Italia Srl in Leccio (The Mall) seeks a distinguished Client Advisor to drive boutique performance through luxury service and sales excellence. You will deliver unparalleled client experiences, advise on products, manage payments, and maintain inventory records within a high-end environment.

Fluent Italian and English are essential, with Spanish or Portuguese as a plus. Strong knowledge of Florence luxury scene and local client network will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• We require fluency in Italian and English for client-facing roles.
• Experience in luxury retail is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of the Florence luxury market and local client base is advantageous.

They will play a pivotal role in maximizing boutique performance. This will be achieved through exceeding sales targets and strategic objectives, while consistently delivering an unparalleled client experience that embodies luxury and sophistication.

How will you make an impact?

• Drive sales performance by actively contributing to the daily sales process and consistently achieving personal and boutique sales goals.
• Provide exceptional service to clients, offering expert advice and guidance in product selection, and introducing complementary or alternative items to enhance their experience.
• Manage payment processing, including cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
• Oversee the receipt and recording of substantial inventory deliveries, maintaining meticulous records and organization.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local clients, leveraging a deep understanding of the luxury market.
• Utilize digital tools and CRM applications to enhance client engagement and personalize the shopping experience.

• Proven experience in luxury retail, demonstrating a strong understanding of the high-end market.
• Exceptional fluency in Italian and English is essential. Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is highly desirable.
• Extensive knowledge of the Florence area, including local client preferences and luxury market trends.
• Established network of local clients and connections within the Florence luxury scene.
• Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of achieving results and exceeding expectations.
