Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe and Americas seeks a Receptionist to welcome guests on arrival and assist during departure, delivering an exceptional stay in line with our brand and satisfaction goals.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will handle guest requests, provide information on hotel services, participate in daily briefings and training, and contribute to a seamless, premium guest experience across the property.

Qualifications

• Graduation in the tourism/hotel industry or similar.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in luxury hotels or high-level restaurants.
• Fluent Italian and English; a second foreign language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries to full satisfaction.
• Oversee operations of the concierge and daily front office tasks.
• Maintain service attitude to meet the highest standards at all times.
