Four Seasons Firenze is seeking a passionate Concierge to join our team. Leveraging local knowledge and a commitment to personalized service, you will assist guests with everyday requests and extraordinary experiences, ensuring their Florence stay is unforgettable.

You will handle guest interactions with professionalism, coordinate with Front Desk and Guest Services, manage reservations and local recommendations, and support hotel operations during peak periods.

Qualificações

• One year or more experience as Concierge and/or Front Desk in luxury hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Knowledge of Florence is preferred.
• Proficiency in Italian and English; a third language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism, courtesy, and hospitality.
• Assist guests with inquiries about hotel services, timings, events, transport, directions, and local attractions.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on Florence knowledge.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly, escalating when necessary to management.
• Process packages, mail, and other correspondence accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date information on restaurants, museums, and local events.
• Collaborate with local partners for reservations and experiences.
• Record guest preferences and billing information in hotel systems.
• Support Switchboard and Front Desk during peak periods.
